2015 Prius c oem fog lights

Hello, could you clarify what "stock" is needed? Is there a part number for this "stock?"

I also found the h11 factory plugs electrical taped up against the blinker wires underneath my bumper.

I pulled the panel where the OEM fog light switch would go and there is no wire pig tail to plug a OEM switch into. I am assuming that there is a OEM wire harness that needs to be purchased to complete the circuit? Where would such a harness plug in at? Perhaps it is folded and taped up under the dash already and I'm not seeing it?

Anyone complete an install using the factory wiring? I understand I will need the bezels, fog light lenses, light bulbs, OEM switch for the dash, possible relay and add a fuse in the fuse block for the fog lights... what else?
