I recently bought an aftermarket Android head unit to replace the JBL unit in my 2010 Prius. I wanted to use the factory camera, mic, and antennas so I began doing some digging looking for info. Several posts here and elsewhere had partial info, but I couldn't find anyone who had posted how to use the factory mic. There were posts for other Toyota models, but not my Prius. I figured it out and thought I would post it here for the future installers. Thanks to many others who have posted...

The touch screen in my wife's 2012 Prius has died (the digitizer) and my wife says either get her a screen with Android Auto, or a new car (yikes!). Her current radio is the one with navigation, but it's not the JBL radio. Can anyone suggest a drop-in replacement screen that has Android Auto? I see some Chinese looking things, but it would be nice to hear about one that is legit and actually works.

This is what her current radio looks like:

I am looking to replace my head unit in my 2010 Prius model e7022. It is the JBL with nav system. There are a lot of plugs that go into the back and I just wonder what they all are for. I'm sure one is xm radio, one is probably the microphone, etc. I have been searching all day trying to find a schematic or something to sort it all out but I haven't had any luck. Anyone help me out?
Here is a photo of all the plugs themselves. I mostly wonder about this for when I have to hook up a harness...
Hi! My 2014 Prius Three's radio recently got upgraded to the Sony XAV-AX6000 and Maestro RR & I am enjoying the new features. Didn't realize though that when on CarPlay the mic input comes from the head unit and I did not plug in an external microphone...so other people can't hear me. ☹️ Also, I didn't get the mic that came with the head unit as I bought...

I have a UK RHD Prius T Spirit 2010 model with original display unit. I am planning to upgrade it to an Android based head unit. Saw a few ads in eBay. One said there are two types of connectors JBL vs non-JBL.

How can I find out if I have JBL?

Any help/experience on the head unit will be really appreciated. Thanks
