there is a new eco-mist waterless car wash for people who don't wanna waste water or its too cold to wash ur car outside.. i will be posting it very soon
I reviewed a bunch for Leafygreen.info (only one posted so far tho) my fav waterless car wash is Eco Touch Car Planet Detailing ? Leafygreen.info Eco Touch: Waterless Car Wash Review ? Leafygreen.info
Can you list the ingredients in the eco-mist? I am not sure if I want to have the chemicals left on the paint finish.
It's comparable to using 260 grit emery paper...... The main reason for WATER is to loosen and flush the grit away and remove it before it SCRATCHES the HELL out of the Clear Coat!!! This stuff might be OK AFTER you wash the car as you should, but as is...NO WAY!!!
Now, now, maybe the OP has come up with something that dematerializes dirt and grit so all you have to do is spray and ZAP! it's gone! After all, it must be realy something if he is going to tell us about it "soon" and can't just post it outright, right? :twitch: :der:
I read Scott's review about Eco Touch mist spray. Personally, I wouldn't use the stuff. 1. I don't like the BS that it's "waterless". It's not. It's a spray solution that must have liquid (most probably water) in it. And I doubt that that's enough water and that Eco Touch has enough lubriosity to avoid or minimize scratching of the clear coat. 2. If you don't have access to a hose or there are water restrictions where you live, I think the better practice is to use Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine. With Optimum No Rinse, I only use 1 or 2 buckets of water depending on whether I use the 1 or 2 bucket method, i.e., one bucket for the Optimum No Rinse mixed with water and, at my option, a second bucket of clear water to clean the wash mitt. This means I use 1.5 to 3.00 gallons of water to wash my car. This isn't much water use. And after using Optimum No Rinse for about 2 years, I haven't noticed any scratching of the clear coat.
Yeah, thats the same company that came up with that pill that lets you melt away the pounds as you sleep..... SWEEEEEET!!!! I also think BOO is "Spot On" (Pun Intended) with his comments!!!
