Watch the above and notice the odd behavior. This started to happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea why it's doing that and it drives me nuts when I actually want to input a destination or bring up the audio screen without changing the station. FYI after filming the video the buttons started to work again randomly, and later on I found out stopping and starting the car doesn't always fix the issue. edit: After playing around with it a little longer I find the buttons act if the seek buttons are being pressed, so it seems like there's a short circuit somewhere.
Yep, I got better video of it and just sent them an e-mail. Also got a image here of the issue in action.
How did you get that display to show up? Looks like a Prgramming or Maintenance display?? Just curious and let us know what the dealer finds or what the results are... Good Luck!
You enter it the same way as the previous gen prius: hold info-phone and turn on/off headlights until the screen comes up. Hold disp at the main screen to exit.
