hey, im new to the forum, so hi to all =] dad just received the prius earlier this week, and im lucky enough to drive it =D but i just dont know what the button next to the interior light switch does, its like a picture of a car with a radar coming from the roof... pressed it and didnt notice anything happen... it is the prius Tspirit btw..
Jamie, welcome. It is very dangerous to press a button when you don't know the function. One is for the ejector seat but I don't remember its location. Is this button in a block of 4 with some blanks? I believe one is for the fog lights. I suspect yours might be for the solar/sun roof.
We dont have the solar roof optional extra, and the fog light switch is on the came 'bar' as the headlights =S But it would be cool if it was an ejector seat, oh the fun i could have haha..
I have a USA IV package with the solar roof option- I don't seem to have a button like that...hmmm...a car with some kind of radar coming from the roof- is the radar going INTO the car out OUT above the car? Wonder if that's the button to beam the Prius back to the mothership?
if it were my car, i would consider it the garage door opener... you have the option to prog 3 separate doors
Is there a black overhead disc with 2 (or 3) buttons plus a switch? If so, the buttons to the left and right of the switch activate the map lights. They're lamp icons.
