Is this for real? What does that matter? The problems are in engineering and management not assembly lie workers. I am really starting to wonder about toyota and the way they are responding to this, could the the script be written any better by Ford and GM? If I was a Toyota dealer I would be fuming.
Toyota's lack of practice is showing. They haven't had to deal with many quality issues in recent years, and all of this seems to have caught them unprepared. Bowing and apologizing doesn't work very well for Americans. Tom
