:welcome: I picked up my Prius II at the dealer this morning. I was very excited to drive off, but something seems a little odd and I thought I'd ask the pros here... the interior is tan (I think they call it "Bisque"), but the floormats are black. The carpet is tan (I mean, "Bisque"). Did they make a mistake and put the wrong floormats in the car? EDIT: Never mind, I found the answer in another post (black is standard).
If I were to buy a new Prius with Bisque interior, I would WANT the black mats. My gray mats get bad enough and they're fairly dark. I plan to get good aftermarket winter mats, and they will be black.
I have the same interior color, and the same mats. I noticed the difference, too. However, I considered it a plus- dark color/less dirt showing so didn't ask. I replaced the mats with plastic "full-coverage" mats anyway, and will keep the OEM for trade-in if/when time comes.
bisque interiors now come with black floormats. The Prius isn't the only one (I recall the ES350 started do that too... but I think it was black regardless of interior colour)
Dark, rich red. Like the blood that will inevitably flow onto them when they grab the pedal, right? . _H*
