Sigma Automotive has a $12 mod called a Power Ring. It seems to absorb the light from a halogen bulb and glow after the light's been turned off. I'm guessing it's a close effect to the "halo" seen on BMW headlights. I'm confused on what it's exact application for the Prius is, however. The brief description says its for H4 halogen type bulbs -- if this is for the headlinght, what would it look like? Or is this something that can be stuffed in the fog light assembly?
