It's 10 degrees Fahrenheit warmer today. My fuel mileage went up a half a mile per gallon on the way to work. No matter what I lose about .3 on the way due to the slight up hill. Oh I love warm weather (37 F). Signing off from Green Bay WI
Temperature makes a HUGE difference to MPGs on any car, especially a Prius. Just wait until your temps reach 50 degrees which ought to be by August, but who cares, the Packers brought home the trophy. I'm a Steeler's fan, but I'm still happy for you and your improved MPGs.
i hear you brother! 43 here today! woo hoo! i generally lose 1 mpg on the to work and gain it back on the way home.
Yet it is 48.5 to 49 mpg. Was at 46 mpg when below 0 F. I've had a 69.5 tank (calculated in the summer).
