I'm wondering if anyone here has a lightly used non-sks key (spare still in the kitchen drawer when the car was sold/up-traded/totaled) that I could buy for $40 or so. I really need a second key because removing the one from my wife's keychain and sticking it in my pocket is a dangerous proposition.

I unfortunately just bought a SKS key from Ebay, so if you'd rather trade, we can work that out.

    Thanks,
    ~~Jake~~

Note that you can use the SKS key plugged into the keyslot on your non-SKS car. The remote functions wont work, but it will serve as an emergency key. Get a copy of your original mechanical key for the door. The mechanical key doesn't have to be the mini-key that fits in a keyfob - any ordinary size Toyota blank will do.
