Greetings all - Picked up a 2007 refrigerator white last year that's bleeding from the door handles and mirrors. Ever since it's started raining, long black trails have been running down from the handles and mirrors, seemingly from the gaskets. This is not unusual in older vehicles, but a bit surprising for a four year old one that's been well maintained. Especially for a car from Japan, land of monsoons and typhoons. The '91 Honda Wagon that the Prius replaced showed no sign of this after five years of ownership, though the rubber bits were showing their age. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks
Photos? Is it possible that your car had aftermarket rust proofing applied, and that chemical is starting to ooze out?
