Any Puget Sound Prius owners out there have recommendations for a good reliable shop for tinting? Looking to get mine done and I have have reservations about using anybody that doesnt come with good word of mouth recommendations. I seen too many ?@#% jobs and heard too many horror stories. Any info greatly appreciated.
Just go to http://local.yahoo.com put in your zip code and search for "window tinting" Most decent tint shops come with a lifetime guarantee, at least 3 of the shops around here in the northeast did when I called. Plus it's only tint, if you didnt like it you can peel it off
Absolutely: Go to Prestige Window Tinting in Lynnwood. Andy is a total pro and does amazing work at a fair price! He was recommended to me by another poster on here and I couldn't be happier. I went with the Madico Charcool 20% (50% on the lower rear) and it looks amazing! Tell him Tony w/the Prius in Bellingham sent you!
Hey BP thanks for the info. I had glass installer in our shop last night putting a window in and I asked him for a referral as well. He said he knows of a guy on 196th in Lynnwood somewhere east of I5 in a business suite that does great work. I am sure this is probably the same business. Its only two miles from where I work so it looks like I'm headed there on Monday. Two referrals to the same place from two people a hundred miles from each other is just what I needed.........thanks.

Join our local Toyota club at ToyotaSyndicateNW.com There is a great tint guy, Nick, that has his own business & does tint for us at a club discount. He takes car of many of the hi-end dealers. I'll have to find his number for you. I have it somewhere around here or just join & ask.
