    2 words - spray wax.

Yes, it takes a little longer when combining drying with spray waxing (or wax as U dry), but I've been doing double takes after I'm done. Super shiny and glossy.

    Meguiar's Direct Ultimate Quik Wax

Probably doesn't matter what brand you use - Meguiar's, Mother's, Turtle, Zaino, etc, etc...

Things is, instructions say to use it when the car is completely clean. That's right after washing. So, I just dry a section, then follow with spray wax, wipe with cloth, go to next section. If it's going to overspray on a section (like onto windows or trim), I just spray onto the cloth and go easy at it.

I may have to buy a bottle of this and try it out. Sure seems quick and easy. However, it's not as good as an actual waxing. Or is it..?

A quick wipedown with Zaino Z-6 detailing spray after a regular wash and drying on a Zainoed car achieves the same result. No buffing required.

My poor choice of words - I just spritz on some wax in the area and wipe with fine cloth. No buffing required.

No way to tell from these photos. You'd have to be indoors with bright lights. anyhow,

I'd like to try the Zaino thing sometime, but typically, I don't online order this kind of stuff.

Doesn't take the place of waxing, it's a thin liquid.

It's nothing like wax where you laboriously spread it on all over then have to buff quite a bit to get the shine. This spray wax looks something like skim milk. Easy to wipe to a shine.

I use Meg's quik wax as my primary wax. Great stuff.

If you can surf the internet and visit a chatroom, you can order it. They do same day shipping so if you change your mind just a few hours later, too late :D It'll appear at your house in no time.

I bought a few Zaino stuff locally in Los Gatos last year. Try calling and see if you're in the area. www.sjzaino.com www.deepreflectionsdetailers.com
