Does anyone know on what priority the KC Sales Region fills dealer allocations? Ordered My Prius IV w/ Navigation Package from Lou Fusz Toyota in St. Louis on March 7 before the tsunami and am still waiting. Tara, my salesperson told me in April they had an allocation w/ the Region and I was probably the most senior allocation for the Prius I wanted. In July Tom, Lou Fusz's sales manager in charge of allocations said Toyota wasn't shipping Prius w/ Nav Packs, but he expected them in August. When I saw other dealers were getting Nav Packs on Prius deliveries, I called Tom but got Rob who said he was the new manager and Lou Fusz couldn't get my car because the KC Region fills allocations on how many of a particular Prius style the dealer has sold: A kind of who sells the most, gets the most. Apparently, there is no customer order priority as I was initially told by Lou Fusz Toyota. I tried calling the KC Region office direct (816-991-1000) but got someone I'll call Ice Woman. She wouldn't give me her name, wouldn't transfer me and wouldn't answer any of my questions. I've gotten two stories from Fusz but no Prius. KC Region isn't talking. Does anyone know how allocations get filled?

It might pay to ship one from me to you... versus NEVER getting a car! You do not mention what colors you prefer... or what the car was going to cost you. PM me!
