I have the first ever set for 2003-2008 Toyota Prius. These were test fitted on my car. Didn't even drive 1 mile on them. They are made by Megan Racing which is a excellent company and are very reputable. I would like $1000 for the set.
Priusmob, For me and others who who don't know, could you say: * What perceived benefits these springs might offer? * Why they might be better than other alternatives? * Are they mount and drive or are suspension alterations necessary?
Do you have a part # or any more information? I didn't know Megan Racing made coilovers for the Prius and it's not on their website either. First and only set perhaps? Turning around and selling something that was test-fitted sure is a nice way to make $1000.
A good thing about coilovers is ride height. You can adjust it. Another good thing would be dampening. So you can choose a stiff or soft ride No part number. These are the first ones released. Got to make money somehow. Use it to take time off of work and go on vacation.
