Thought I might chime in with some constructive critisism for the "accessories Shop". I ordered several items for my Prius, it has been 8 days. I have not received any shipping tracking or confirmation yet ... In comparison, I ordered three items, (Bumper protector, trunk Liner, and trunk Organizer )from an Online Toyota OEM parts company and I received the items 4 days ago! Oh, and they were less expensive, hence my decision to buy those items there. So, please PriusChat Shop... I realize it is free shipping, but really... ANY SHIPPING would be nice at this point.
Hi Shawn - I just looked into your order and you're right, your first order has been a bit tardy in shipping out from us. We always quote 5-10 business days for most orders, and since today is the 4th business day, I think we'll still hit our estimated arrival date to you. We are always willing to price match other sites, but please remember that your purchases go to help keep the lights on here at PriusChat. Thanks for your other purchases from us - your mudguards should ship out tomorrow now that we received our new shipment from Europe today.
I appreciate the update, still doesn't fix the problem of slow shipping. Sorry gets me no where, timely efficient product shipping is nice and makes me happy...hmmmm... if you recognize a repeat client... wouldn't you think a business would acknowledge him or her with exceptional service? I probably am not alone here.. anyway... I vented.. I feel somewhat better but not thrilled.

Update. ordered items Nov 17th, and got a shipping info stating that it was shipped via UPS Ground today Oct 25th. so I expect another three or four days if I am lucky before the weekend, so the 29th, if not it would be most likely Nov 1st. that is a LONG time for shipping .... Just FYI for those who may consider ordering accessories. I mistakenly ordered Fog Lights several days ago .. will see when those will ship...
