Is anyone else having log in issues? I have been trying since 12:05 and it will not take my username or e-mail. I have been trying to recover password but it keeps giving me a odd error issue. HELP
I made the mistake of trying to configure prior to logging in. The login from the configuration screen wouldn't work. Logging in first and then configuring worked.
I had to go to Chrome to get it to work. Both IE and Firebox didn't work. But I was still able to get a car @ 9:40 pst
From Toyota if you're experiencing issues: The problem is an open bug where customers who have previously logged into the order site can error out upon log-in, as there is a caching issue related to it.
Mark, I tried everything! I log in and get a frozen screen. or I hit configure and get a frozen screen. I have cleared the catch , rebooted, had Norton 360 clear history & all Temp Files. Still No Luck. I am using Firefox will try IE.
I tried to login using IE and it never worked. Switched to Chrome and was able to login without any issues and placed an order. It might be too late anyways....preorders are all sold out.
I went in with IE It worked I THINK?? I ordered everything BUT there was no place to order the interior color. I hit select dealer that worked. I hit submit order and a screen came up with notes - But I could not scroll down to the bottom. So I Assume I Ordered the PIP. BUT DID I? Only Toyota knows for sure. So Far this is the second time I have ordered this way. Back in 09 for the GEN 3 and now the PIP. Both have been a mess. Both had log in issues and ordering Issues. For such a large company How Can This Be

Re: So Did I Order A PIP Today - I Have No Idea. When you log in right now at the very top is there a tab that says My Order (should be after prius plug in hybrid home and configure your plug-in)? If you do and click on the my order tab and have a confirmation you have a place in line. Did you confirm after your dealer did what he should and log back in to confirm and 'sign' by typing your name in and hitting submit? If so and the screen right now says Final approved status then yes, you're good to go. Also, no interior color choice as there is none. Only one interior choice, no choosing.
You should get an email notification to confirm your order if you have placed your order successfully. If you don't get an email confirmation, it is v. likely that the order didn't make it.
Just got the confirmation Email. :cheer2: I will try and select color of interior with the dealer or at least find out what color I will get. That and price will make my decision. :mod:
