License plate mount?

    Hi...

    While waiting for my Prius v to arrive I want to purchase a nice matte black license plate frame for the rear. Can someone please tell me... Does the license plate mount on the Prius v have 4 mounting holes or only the upper 2 holes?

    The rear plate is only the top 2.
