Hey all, Got my license plate number and VIN. Also confirmed no Fast Track documentation required thank goodness. So, about to submit my CAV application and just wanted to confirm with someone that the $8 check should be paid to DMV. Thanks!
Good question. Nowhere on the application did it say who to make out the check to, just the amount. Finally I just wrote "Department of Motor Vehicles" since it was a DMV form; "DMV" would have been shorter. Maybe it was obvious (to them) that everyone would know to put "DMV" on a check for a DMV form. We'll see.
