So I tried googling up my question before sounding like a tot dur but no lol lol I have been reading that touring has less MPG then standard, and that it comes with winter tires? Or snow tires? Either way went outside looked at my tires and this is what I got, "BridgeStone Turanaza EL 400 T0605 EL4SDZ P195/55R16 86V" I weather is bout between 62-80 right now and I'm driving about 30 miles to/from work with a majority on the free way, I turn on cruise control I notices my driving habits are horrible and I'm getting about 43MPG right now so keeping at 65mph on freeway and 34mph in the city, which has increased only about 1 more mpg, I keep AC on auto and set to 75 degrees. I hope I don't sound too ridiculous just want to get the most put of my Prius
The highest mileage tires are called LRR, for Low Rolling Resistance. There are many threads here on PriusChat that will steer you towards the best tire choices for your Prius. It depends on the year.

I've heard LRR tires are pretty bad in the winter. Would most of you suggest different tires for winter and the rest of the year? Or should I shoot for something in between?
A small number of the LRR tires are as good as snow tires in the winter, but they have a shorter tread life rating (~50,000 miles). My favorite is the Nokian WRg2. JeffD
That is incorrect. Some of the best snow tires are LRR as well. Additionally, some of the best wet traction tires are LRR. The key is finding the best LRR tire that fits your needs. For what it's worth, the winters in Santa Clara aren't extreme (lows in the 40's and highs in the low 50's with some rain). Unless the OP is planning on driving to Lake Tahoe, snow tires shouldn't be an issue. Also, nerdbeast, check your tire pressures and see what they are set to. If they are at 32 PSI and the max PSI is 44, you may want to bump them up to 44 PSI front and 42 PSI rear. It will improve your ability to glide.
