Now that the towbar has arrived from the US, does anyone have a good way to tap into the wiring for a trailer plug so I can connect lights up to the bike holder?
Thanks. I read that a while back and it seems no one wants to ship down this way. I'm not too fussed since we can knock up something from scratch.
If ur willing to pay the extra s&h, have it shipped to me & then I ship it to u. It's the only thing I can think of.

I ended up buying a proper Toyota genuine trailer wiring kit from a dealer in the UK who sells on ebay since we need more than 5 pins for the trailer signal. It appears that towing requirements in the US for lights are more relaxed than Europe/Australia as we need at least 7 pins/signals to meet our standards. This kit has 13 pins. The magic black box of relays inside RHS plug and play bits. Wiring to go down the spare tyre wheel well. The kit replaces this seal. LHS I've yet to do the last step routing out but it's the easiest bit and I need to work out a mounting bracket for the plug
