Lol Filled up last night, went for a drive this morning.. and filled up again on the way back, as my cruising range left me about 20kms short of home. I mean, i was only going for a little drive 9hrs 51 mins.. about 6 hours of highway driving ( 110-135kph/68-84mph) an hour of country driving ( 80kph/50mph) an hour or so of city driving (60kph/37mph) and about an hour of backroad stone/sand rough roads ( 20kph/12mph) still ended up with 5l/100km \ 47.04 MPG, which i thinkis pretty damn good, as i had the ac blasting some of the time too. in my old car that drive would have cost me over $120
I was tricked into reading your post. Thanks for the I.A. translation though, would of been annoyed if i had to sort that out myself lol.
Of course some of us love seeing the metric! I'm looking forward to taking my c out on the open road, but I'm doing my break-in period in and around town. I very briefly had it on the freeway last weekend, my first time having it up at 110 km/h (68 mph), our upper legal limit. Was actually shocked... I figured the car might struggle a bit compared to what I'm used to, but it was totally fine. On level ground with a good quality road surface, the car felt so smooth and serene. I was listening to the engines of other cars roar past me... kind of eerie in a way.
our legal limit is 100kph.. but traffic flows at 130kph haha yeah when you are doing 130 its so smooth, feel like your only doing 80 or 90...
The particular road I was on I think most people do 130 km/h, but it's not my thing... I just sat quite literally by myself in the slow lane with the cruise on, loving the way this thing kicks the regen brakes on for the downhills, while the world rushed by in the other two lanes.
Would be interesting if people could fill in their location; even if they just narrow it down the the particular country. Good to see how far and wide these cars get.
