LeBra makes one as does Colgan Bras. I'm not sure Colgan has one for the 2012 yet. They are effective but care must be taken to keep the underside clean and the tethers tight or you'll wear out the paint underneath.

I would not waste my time with a traditional bra. They will do more damage than what the bugs will do. If you want the best protection, then get an invisible 3M Bra. They are more expensive (mainly because ot the professional labor to have them installed), but you will not have to worry about it too doing damage to the car. After several years of use, if the pitting starts to look unatractive, simply peel it off with zero residue, and put another one on. You can buy invisible bras that are DIY on eBay, but if you want it done right, get it installed professionally by a local installer in your area. Simply google invisible vehicle bra *your location here*.

Not too familiar with this who "BRA" technology. My initial thought was to apply a removable cover during my long road trips. Once back home, I'd simply remove the bra and reapply it on my next road trip.

If I'm understanding you correctly 3M make an invisible "shield" that serves the same purpose as a traditional bra but needs to be installed professionally and won't leave any residue on the vehicle when it is removed?

I suppose the invisible bra can withstand multiple car washes?

    Thanks Texas!
