The PIP's been out for a Year. Has ANYONE purchased the Toyota Project Decals? Toyota Prius Projects How much was spent getting the artists to design them and How could these Artists MISS the mark in what Owners desired? Eye of the Beholder - Amazing !!!
As for the amount spent designing the decals: they were submitted by Prius enthusiasts and voted by the public as to which five(?) were the best. So, nothing/not much spent on designing. And as for what owners want, I suppose it was Prius owners who voted. There is one decal that was designed by Prius owners. That's the "Experts' Decal" which was designed by nine Prius Experts though primarily Russell Frost. Russell also designed the "Persona" badge on the back of that car. Tony, I at least understand the Expert Decal being a Label. How many were purchased? The other designs were really Arty and Off the Point, IMO. Therefore, no Sales. I found them on YouTube. I also feel bad walking past the booths of a Craft or Art Show, admiring their work, but not buying anything.
Yeah, it was a shame ours was not offered... We all felt that way. I wish they would have at least applied it to my plug in when done with it since I was the only one to buy one from the group lol.
