When I have .9 miles EV left my charge time is 2 hours and 34 minutes, but my line voltage is lower than 120 volts (107.0 volts) so my charge time will probably longer than yours

keep in mind that the last 15-20% or so charge at a slower rate also

well you're never starting from zero…or "negative" range for that matter (HV)

You can press the timer after the car is OFF as well.

The manual (and others) advise to delay the charge so it completes just before you need to use the car again. Does anyone know if this is as important if the temps are below freezing? That is, does the supposed degradation of the battery by leaving it charged for hours occur more (or only) at high temps or is it also of concern at low temps?

I think the reason for charging just before leaving in colder temps is to just maximize EV range since battery output is limited by battery temp and charging raises it.
