Big Dodge diesel pickup with double stacks was in front of me on the road... Luckily he wasn't close but watched him rolling coal in a general sense in traffic... Thank Gawd it is raining hard here. Was beginning to wonder if my roads home were flooded....felt too close to the ground....
There was a vid on youtube where one redneck idiot was laughing it up while he rolled coal into the open cab window of his buddies pickup when he was passed-out (drunk or sleeping it off).
