    The 15s for sure. You want a narrower tire for snow and the extra flex in the sidewall and tread will help with traction. The tires are MUCH less expensive too.

    Pretty much every store that sells them offers that rebate but it comes and goes. Sometimes you have to wait a month.

    If you can't find the discount then consider the Bridgestone Blizzak WS70. They are cheaper than the Michelin, have a $70 rebate and at Costco you get an additional $30 off install! Tough to beat that.
