    What happens when there are many spots and they are frequently all full?

    What would the next step be for the business then?

    If you are at a mall, for example, and there are dozens of chargers and all are full, then I think we will have gone from EV/PHEV novelty to main stream.

    No further steps needed...

    Or maybe the malls will need to put in hundreds of chargers to compete with the other malls that have hundreds...Or maybe start charging a token $1...Or maybe start charging $5, but allow any mall store to validate the fee via a smart phone validator or coupon code printed on the receipt...Or who knows what other creative idea someone might come up with.
