Yup. I was quite delighted to see that when I first approached my base PiP after a long day at The office. I was half expecting the car to unplug the EVSE for me, wind up the cord, open the doors, and buckle my safety belts. Alas, all I got were the dome lights still, I felt welcomed.

 

Does the door need to be locked? I haven't noticed this and we don't need to lock our cars in Wisconsin.

It is even more kewl if you have puddle lights on the mirrors hooked up w/ the cab lights.

Yes it is......I love it when the puddle lights slowly dim on just like the interior lights. Even cooler when the are all LEDs & match
