I'm an early buyer too, don't forget. I paid as much as the rest of you all... BUT - I have back been in the HOV lanes for 9 months now... I'd say I got my money's worth, regardless of rates or perks. The state's cache of $$ towards electrics and plugins is drying up fast! It's under 3 million now. Close to 2 mil. I wonder how fast it's going to dry up? I'd say April. Lots more cars are eligible for it now...
That money is for the fiscal year ending June 30 only. After that, they presumably get another allocation out of the 40 million that's allocated to ARB for various consumer incentive programs.
