If Wishes Were Horse… uh, Tesla Model C's : EVWORLD.COM I really like the shelf coming out of the rear bumper for spare tire access, bike rack.
could also put the baby stroller and child seat back there, or more importantly the mother-in-law jump seat.
Wasn't a slide out bike rack an option on Saturn Vues? Perhaps just concept, but I remember the thread on the old boards where the discussion turned two differences in European and US bike rack regulations.

Ok, this is what you really want with Air Cond., Heat and Stereo! Peraves AG eTracer The E-Tracer - YouTube
^^^ I think if I can't get the full open air of a motorcycle, I'd like the dynamic stability of 2 front wheels in a 2 - 1 configuration. The toyota does that, but not with enough power. a 7 kwh battery should be able to give you 90 hp! Keep the thing light enough, and it should have good range.
I read the specs of the E-tracer a while back and it's amazing but still I would like the comfort of the trike.
ha ha, that's good that bike is around $100K, tesla and xl1 territory. A trike would be much less expensive to produce It wouldn't need those retractable training wheels either.
E-tracer is great with its 200 mile range on 1.5 hour charge, but no gyroscopic stabilizing system for those of us who do not have motorcycle riding skills. C-1 fully-enclosed self-balancing motorcycle - YouTube
A blast from the past Futuristic Pod Car Combines GM Vision, Segway Practicality | Autopia | Wired.com GM's puma or en-v, before hp decided a convertable tablet laptop would be a good idea. Its partially self driving and can park in a tiny space. I really like the i-road concept better, but i-road is only 30 mile range nev. If you are going short and slow, no reason to be aerodynamic, might as well allow your driver to text and drive like the en-v. The i-road with automatic leaning, looks like a good outing bike, but there you really want a much bigger pack and range and acceleration. I really would be scared riding down town here in the i-road, but would like it on the highway and rural roads, if it had more power and range.
