In the engine bay, is there a positive battery terminal? If so where? Can some one please post a picture of what it looks like?
The only thing I can think of is the terminal used for jumper cables. That's about all it's good for.
I have a 2012, where is this terminal located? I've read in other parts of this forum that there is a live terminal in the fuse box. Any one have any idea where any of these things are located?
in the fuse box. you should have a heavy gauge positive wire coming there. if you have a 2013 that was made in 2012 you wont have the jumper connection.
Thanks for all the help guys. Where is this live wire? I want to hook up my new HID's I had retrofitted, they shipped them back but I need a positive battery terminal to hook up for the harness'. What part of the fuse box would I use for this harness? I know I sound very stupid, but I have no idea when it comes to wiring what I should do.
saw that one, but it's not really specific as to which one is the terminal. It says to use the heavy gauge wire. So I connect it to the where the white wire is plugged in?
Look in the picture above and compare to your car. It will be in the exact same spot, just will be a bolt instead of the terminal.
