What is the easiest way to remove the panel where the light dimmer is located. I wanted to access one of the slots to put a dummy LED flashing light for deterrence purpose. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a screw to be removed at the lower left corner before you start working with these latches. Also may have to deal with the hood release cable once things are initially undone.

If you've had your car broken into than anything to deter a thief would be smart. ;)

I had the roof stolen off of one one of my Vettes and the alarm didn't do squat. Does that count? ;)

The Prius already has an "armed" light that flashes on the dash. If that doesn't scare them away, another one won't either.

If you have nothing informative to add, please don't comment. Just think, if you had a question, you would want an answer to your question...you offer nothing of the kind.

And I asked you if you had the flashing padlock on the dash because, a. some don't know what it is and have asked in the past, or b. maybe the 2013 doesn't have it, and you didn't answer my question. See ya.
