The state incentives is helpful...I should post link on the Federal and State Incentives thread. I tested it on Maryland...well Sierra seems to be out-of-date, as it appears MD has revamped their program. But it had good info on the MD EVSE charger rebates I am missing on the State and Federal Incentives. I tested it on Virginia....well they did not mention our new dis-incentive $64/yr. The Sierra site also did not appear to pick up that a few localities in VA (eg; Arlington Co) do have local tax incentives. They did mention the Dominion VA off-peak power discount program, which I was not sure was still available. Worth checking with Dominion if you have a plug-in in VA. I tested it on West Virginia...yes Sierra Club knows WV recently eliminated their former $7500 PHEV/EV tax credit These incentives change so rapidly, the most you can hope for from websites is hints, and then you have to bird-dog it for your specific case.
No mention of the incentives for EVSE installs, there supposedly is another credit as well, but haven't dug into those details yet. I compiled a list here (just ignore the federal credit, everything else is NY).
