How to get rid of "maintenance required" message?

    Hey Guys!

    I had my 25k mile service done early because I wouldn't be in town when my car hit 25k... How do I get rid of the "maintenance required" message? I keep seeing it every time the car is on since I'm over 25k. Thanks :)

    Take it back to the dealership and tell them they didn't do it. :D

    That should work! They probably wouldn't remember that it wasn't actually on at the time.

    Seriously, it only takes a minute to do it yourself. If you can't find it in the manual, just search the forums for "reset maintenance light".

    Thanks all - yeah saw the post - didn't know it'd be so easy. My BMW's reset procedure isn't quite so straight forward and it's not in my owner's manual :p
