I've had my Prius Persona for a few weeks; great car. Creamed a deer on the way home from the dealer - what a bummer for me and the deer. Anyway, the winter sun will definitely be a problem on the windshield and my driver side window. Does anyone know of a tinting product that can cover the top 3 or 4" of each? If it's one complaint I have so far, the visors are not very good at all. When I turn the visor to cover the driver door, it doesn't do much good. Thanks.
Use them, but when that low sun is on the side, it's tough to see especially on a really bright day with slick roads.
Nothing better for glare than a good set of sunglasses with polarized lenses. The lenses don't even have to be dark, the polarization will cut a lot of the glare out, especially low angle reflected glare off snow and ice. One caveat though. If using polarized sunglasses, you can basically forget about seeing the screen on your MFD display screen! SCH-I535
