Just bought a 2013 Prius Two, attached is window sticker and buyers order. They also included the factory carpeted mats, they retail for $299 at this dealership. I got my financing through Alliant Credit Union at 1.49% for 72 months. I arranged everything via phone and email and was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Already ordered the OSG shifter and H11 bulbs. Next items on the list will be body side molding, door edge protectors and backup camera.
I think so. I solicited 30 Toyota dealerships within 150 miles via email. About half provide the quote by email, half called, I didn't answer and went to voice mail. Three of them were low and within $100 of each other. I ended up getting the car for $23k OTD. I offered my local dealer that price before I solicited other dealers but they wouldn't play ball, they wanted $25k OTD. I bought the pricing report from fightingchance.com to get an idea of what to offer the local dealer.
why why wuld u pay $800 prep fee? why not share which dealer this is to let all of get a chance to share and possibly also get a good deal like u have?
That is pretty standard in Florida. Usually a $600-800 dealer fee. I really don't care what they call the line items on the invoice. The only thing that matters is the OTD price. Toyota of Lakewood in Bradenton, FL.
