I wonder if this is a new world record or has someone beaten two tanks in one year's performance? Being retired most of my trips are less than 30 miles which the prius would do without using any gas."
Do you mean Prius only or any plug-in hybrid? If the later, I believe there is one Volt owner going on his second year on one tank; something like 25,000 miles. Crazy. How many miles did you cover over the year? I managed about 6,500 in six months in my Cmax Energi on the very first tank.
