I work about 3/4 of a mile from their repair facility. I'll have to drive by and see if they have banners of celebration out.

 

Tesla should promote a Marching Band for the celebration !!!!

 

Or, if it were up to Musk, a parade of driverless Teslas.

ps. New Jersey has (had?) no self-service gas pumps when we last drove there.

 

There are 10 supercharger locations in NJ. Most superchargers seem to go on line quietly. It will be interesting to see if sales increase. For many of us the store in King of Prussia and the facility in Devon are closer so we'd buy in PA anyway.

If it was up to the Gas Retailer's Assn., we'd have to hire someone to plug-in.

The article's wrong about the location of the service facility in NJ, it's in Springfield, not Paramus.

 

Read the legislation. Only Tesla can sell EVs directly in NJ and they are limited to four locations. Not much of a loss for the dealers. This is a textbook example of special interest legislation.

The difference between NJ politicians and Illinois politicians is that fewer of ours are caught & go to jail.
