What % tint should I get? I want it to be legal, don't want to deal with getting pulled over. I'm in socal How much should I look to spending? If you know a good place to get tints in so cal let me know. Thank you I'm advance.
When I got a violation for tint, the police officer said to me that NO TINT WHATSOEVER was allowed on the forward windows. Of course you can find any number of people who will disagree with this police officer -- including me. My interpretation there is that the officer that cited me was wrong. But I've never heard of an argument with a police officer on the side of the road ever turning out well.
It really depends on the interior color, on light interiors you can go dark on the back and light on the front, and you should be okay. If you have a dark interior you can do medium all around or light all around to be very safe. I have always done med all around and have never been pulled over.

It's a prius not a Mustang or camaro Cops don't look at us. If you get pulled over for speeding or running a light then the cop could add it on. Just mind your p's and q's
