    not necessarily, but the oem parts might be made there too. it's not so much where they're made (unless you're uncomfortable supporting china) but how they are specified. they can make good, mediocre and bad stuff in china, it all depends on what the manufacturer wants.

    He's just using a stock Toyota picture. The part number is correct. The picture is generic and references #3. It comes with and without holes depending on which part number you order.
