    Over time, I've found a few TDI forum members who have the same interest in vehicle engineering that I have. As for the rest, well they have different priorities.

    My thinking is let them play in their own sandbox. If someone drags in some nonsense about the Prius, smile and at most, nudge the thread back on topic. But I'm not sure Prius postings there will have any more or less effect than TDI posts in PriusChat.

    the best post i read over there was the one talking about the environmental benefit of keeping the car long term. of course, if it's an old polluter, what good does that do?
