Selling Prius IV

    Hey guys. I'm putting my IV up for sale. It's in excellent condition. Sandy Beach Metallic/Beige leather, fully loaded, Nav. I was thinking of $13,500. Any suggestions? According to KBB it's a fair price. Does anyone have any ideas as to where the best place to advertise would be? I'm on Long Island and was wondering if there are any groups to advertise with...besides here lol.     With the sun roof and nav, I think that price is more than fair. Buyer would get a reliable well equiped car that's cheap to operate. I know that Prius is in less demand because of low gas prices, but someone should snap it up. I'd list it on Craigs List first.

    People ask me whether a Hybrid is worth it. I tell them that the best way to get bang for the buck is to buy one that is 5-6 years old. Much of the depreciation has taken place while the reliability and fuel effeciency continue.

    We've had good luck with craigslist, but this means you need to sell local in person with cash...

    I would list it as a IV Solar with Nav to set it apart from the IV-Nav.

    As mentioned, mileage? CleanPass/LIE HOV stickers? Tire type and condition? Any winter tires?

    eBay works surprisingly well as a sales/buying venue.
