2012 Prius 3 call ends on phone but screen freezes phone and audio

    Bought this car at 44,900 miles in November. No issues until two days ago when caller ended call and my car screen froze. It shows the call is still on. Pressing End Call and all the other buttons doesn't clear the issue. Pressing audio button shows "Call in Progress." Shutting off the phone bluetooth or rebooting the phone does not clear the screen. Only turning off and restarting the car clears the screen. Has anyone else has this problem? Is there a fix? The only thing I haven't done is delete my my phone from the car and reconnect it.

    Did you ever resolve? I just bought a used 2013 Prius v three and it had the same issue today.
