Hey everyone, New member here. I have a 2012 Prius IV. My radio still works, but Entune looks to be messed up. If I press the "Apps" button, I get a "System not installed" message. I can't configure bluetooth, nav isn't working, and the USB ports aren't working. I'm guessing taking this to the dealership will cost an arm and a leg. Any guidance or suggestions here? Can I download the software from somewhere and try to re-install myself? Appreciate any help. Thanks.
