I wanted to get the OEM alarm from Toyota but said it's not available. Is that true? Anybody have an alarm installed on your Gen 4? The prius chat store even has an OEM alarm available?...
Ok the "security system" that's for sale on the prius chat store for $359. Toyota dealer said that it wasn't compatible with the Gen 4. Just wondering if anyone else has this "security system" installed?
It better be compatible because we just paid 600 to the dealer on Friday when we bought our four touring. I'll let you know how it goes next week after it gets installed. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
What car did you get. Some have the safety connect which exceeds all alarm requirements for insurance.
