Is the EV switch so non-generic you have to order it? If not, I was considering getting a compatible switch at Radio Shack or Fry's Electronics.
Have you tried the scap yard, and looked for a Prius with this already installed? If you are looking for the genuine button. I'm not sure about the US, but we generally have them installed as standard.
It was never included on Prii in the US, so unless you have a source from Europe, you won't find a stock button here in the states. There is the Coastal kit which works turns the cancel button on your cruise control into an EV mode button: Electric Only Mode or you can use a push button and install your own.
I just watched a video on youtube on how to it uses your cruise switch and it looked easy to do the vid was about 15m long
I did it using a generic momentary SPST push-button. I found the instructions on PriusChat. Once I found the connector with the missing pin, I just jammed a wire in. Works fine but I don't use it much. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
