"Imagine your laptop, phone, or other battery-driven piece of tech recharging in less than 15 minutes? That’s at least an hour faster than the fastest smartphone recharging systems can manage today, and something most of us would find extremely beneficial. The good news is, the world’s first graphene battery pack is here, and it promises to deliver exactly this level of performance." Graphene Battery Pack Recharges In Less Than 15 Minutes | Digital Trends
i've been waiting!!! any info on how we know the OP linked article is a graphene success, and not just a claim to drive up investor interest?
Lots of work on graphene anodes for Lithium based batteries. One of many but they still have to produce in volume. You'll have to wait about 3 years to see any results. And they have to get the cost down a lot. Graphene is rather expensive to produce because of the specialized way it is made. No real high volume manufacturing for graphene yet. Unsupervised!
Incredible! Is this the next generation of car batteries? Something that charges that quick with a hybrid system could go forever on a tank of gas...
