When I press the voice command button and say "weather". I Get the local, three day, weather report. I can also get the local traffic report from the on-screen map. My question "is where is it getting the data"? My Garmin GPS gets it from an FM receiver that's built into the power cord but it doesn't report the weather.
As far traffic info... it's coming from local HD radio signals. That data is embedded in HD. It is not a product of Satellite radio... thus the local relevance.
