Slow to the game...But Mod's a plenty coming! I started with an in dash DVD/GPS upgrade but within a week I had switched to a full Android unit & added a back up camera. On the to do list this month: Tint strip windshield install OBD2 sensor + torque app to head unit install rotating dash cam install center console drink insert re cover all fabric Install compact sub under seat install dash cover Seat covers ASAP! need tips! Th only Item I don't currently have are the seat covers. I've always gone with cheap covers but the high end has so much selection its impossible to choose! Ill be posting pics once I scale them down Today- Tint strip and OBD2 sensor the & the drink holder insert... which almost doesn't count...

That's interesting - the dash cover - I have had one on my cars for at least 30 yrs, but TOYOTA told me that one isn't available for Prius. I'd be interested in what it was you bought? With seat covers, I've had Sheep Skins for at least 25 years, found them to improve seat comfort and last for ever. The ones I've got on my Prius, I had on my previous 2 cars so far. They're warm in winter, cool in summer. (Make sure yours are compatible with the side air-bag which explodes from the side of the seat.)
Do they shed or leave little light colored hairs on dark clothing? Or are yours broken in so much that thats not an issue? Comfort is the key here but I wear black for work and hate lint rolling every time i get out of the car.
Hi - I've worn black trousers for years - never had a problem with them. Thinking back, my first ones were in 1975-76, and I've had them almost all the time since. Good quality ones these days, cheaper ones initially.
Regarding the seat covers, I agree, so many styles and fabrics it's hard to choose. Clazzio and Autoanything have a wide selection. I've had the quilted Clazzio in my CR-Z and the quality/fitment is great. The only negative was the black vinyl got pretty warm in the summer down here. I got Velour fabric for the Prius and it's pretty comfy even in the heat. Good luck
